Jonathan Edwards will auto-debit your credit card on file 4x a year for Grape Nuts and 2x a year for JEd's Reds for the retail price of the wine minus a 10% club installment discount, plus tax and applicable shipping fees.
All membership changes/cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled shipment. Processed club installments will not be refunded. Changes can be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Member are responsible for all orders that were billed prior to the notice of cancellation.
Grape Nuts runs in January, April, July and October. JEd's Reds runs in May and November. We try to run each installment during the second week of the designated month.
Your sign-up is a minimum committment to recieve either 4 installments of Grape Nuts or 2 installments of JEd's Reds.
Wine Club benefits are non-tranferable.
There are no wine substitutions on automatic club installments.
Jonathan Edwards will communicate with members 2 weeks in advance of a wine club installment to allow time for updates and cancellations. All communications from Jonathan Edwards Winery will be done via email.
Club Members are responsible for notifying us of any address, phone, email and credit card changes. We encourage all Club Members to activate thier online profile to make these changes. Cancellations must be communicated via email - they cannot be done online. Non-notification may result in a shipment return and re-shipment fees.
Will Call members who have accumulated orders at the winery without previous arrangements will have thier wines automatically shipped to the address on file and will be charged for any/all fees associated with shipping thier installments.
If we ship 2 or more orders in a row (example: January and April), we will automatically change you from Will Call (pick-up in Tasting Room) to Ship via FedEx.
