2017 Napa Chardonnay

The heights of Atlas Peak in Napa Valley allow the Chardonnay to grow in a cooler environment than the valley floor.  This slower ripening maintains refreshing acidity balancing the full fruit flavors.  Aged 10 months in French oak, the vanilla nuances integrate with the lively fruit on the palate.

2017 Petite Sirah

Great intensity is to be found in this Petite Sirah. Inky dark with robust tannins this highly age-able wine is a truly rustic expression of Calistoga vineyards. Dark chocolate, raspberry and spicy nuances predominate on the bouquet and palate. A full earthy finish complemented by oak nuances, our Petite is for the serious red wine lover.

2018 Sauvignon Blanc

2018 was a fine vintage in Northern California, and a new vineyard source was in the cards for us in Sonoma County.  Fragrant fruit and floral nuances are evident as you swirl the wine in your glass.  Clean with flavors of lemon, crisp apple and straw, this dry wine is a great accompaniment with lighter dishes.

2018 Pinot Grigio

The Mononi Ranch continues to be the source for this gorgeous Pinot Grigio.  A bit of skin contact at the press allows for a depth of flavors and gives just a lightest hint of pink color.  Aged in stainless steel for 8 months allows the vibrant peach and floral aromas to be highlighted.
