This perennial favorite wine is a blend of 82% Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Lodi Zinfandel, 6% Napa Valley Petite Sirah, and 4% Napa Valley Merlot. The goal of the blend is always bright vibrant fruit on the bouquet followed by a lush, supple mouthfeel and a smooth finish.
Drink now or age for three to five years.
Vineyard Notes
Four different vineyard sites were used in our Stone Table Red blend. Vineyard sites are located in Lodi, Napa Valley and the Russian River Valley in California.
Production Notes
Stone Table Red is uniquely blended for each bottling. Always striving for a fruit forward and well balanced experience, each component of this wine is harvested, fermented and aged individually. All lots are from the 2013 vintage. Eighteen months of barrel aging in a preponderance of American oak barrels allows for concentration of the wine and integration of the spicy oak flavors.
Winemaker Notes
Enjoy our easy drinking red blend with a long smooth finish. Notes of black cherry, spice and subtle earthy nuances are evident on both the bouquet and palate.
